If you are enrolling a new student, please complete the entire form to give us the most information about your child. The more we know, the better adults we can be when supporting them. If you are a Wildwood kiddo, just share what you think is important; you do not have to complete the entire form.

Priority enrollment goes to current and former Wildwood students and to children enrolling in all 8 weeks.

This enrollment form and payment will hold your spot. A required enrollment packet must be completed before your child’s first day at Wildwood. You will receive a request for that in the spring. We look forward to learning more about your kiddo!
